Nice read. I grew up seeing these all my life from Puerto Rico to Florida. I just made a only-Bidens steamed salad with olive oil, salt and pepper. It was OK. Im thinking maybe ill try the tea next and see which direction suits me best

This "weed" is a saving grace for beekeepers in large areas in S.Central US (TEXAS)affected by the drought of 2010-2011. We will be cultivating spanish needle to boost honey production when we would be normally be cutting our losses.
